First time buyers.

First time home buyers can and are encouraged to ask questions, take notes, and look around the property they are considering buying. There are no silly questions, just a learning experience. We will try and answer all questions, to the best of our knowledge and offer some scheduling and maintenance ideas and recommendations. The home is all about ongoing maintenance. From the roof and chimney to lot grading and caulking the windows, to regular maintenance on the furnace, fireplace, hot water tank to the central vacuum system. Helping you the buyer, move in and become more comfortable and confident in your new home. From using the thermostat to checking the attic.
Always remembering that you can call and ask, even after you have moved in.

At the Inspection.

At the inspection. we will always encourage you the clients to walk around the property/home that you are thinking of purchasing. It is a great opportunity, to take measurements, get ideas of your furniture placement, basically getting the feel of your potential new home. We will point out visual facts, some teaching and maintenance notes and possible areas of concern, as we go. Then we will have a summary of the inspection, going through some of the key elements of the inspection, so you have a better understanding of the condition of your potential purchase. You will receive an honest, unbiased report within 24 hours of the inspection, usually that very same day. Giving you some of the tools to make that very important decision. AFTER the inspection and when you have received the report, we will always encourage you and your realtor, to call, text or email us, if you have any question. We will do our very best to answer them, hopefully giving you some peace of mind and the confidence to move forward.

If you are not able to attend the inspection, we will always try and contact you during the inspection if we find any major findings and concerns. We will try and schedule a possible video call at the end of the inspection, to do a short summary of the inspection findings. Then schedule a call after you have received the report and have any questions. Hopefully making the whole process as easy and educational as possible, making it a great experience that you would recommend to family and friends.
